Most of us suffer from negativity from time to time and we do need to listen to some negative thoughts in order to keep safe, but for some people it can dominate their lives so much that they feel totally uncomfortable in social situations. I am not just talking about parties or going to a bar, I am referring to such mundane chores as going shopping , going into a bank, going into a take-away etc.
