According to Jonny Bowden, Ph.D., CNS, aka The Rogue Nutritionist, by adding a few nutritional superstars to your daily regimen, you can reap amazing benefits for the entire next year. Bowden is the bestselling author of 13 books on healthy living, and co-author with cardiologist Stephen Sinatra, MD, of the forthcoming The Great Cholesterol Myth. Heather Hausenblas, Ph.D. of the University of Florida College of Health and Human Performance says that some “smart” nutrients actually target fat cells in the belly and others increase the experience of satiety in the brain—reducing the urge to snack! Jonny Bowden’s Tips: Turn down the fire: Because inflammation is a part of every degenerative disease known to man—from Alzheimer's to obesity to diabetes to heart disease—lowering inflammation with safe, beneficial natural anti-inflammatories like Resveratrol, curcumin, and Omega-3s is one of the smartest health strategies on the planet. Feed your cells: Feeding yourself the super nutrient CoQ10 can significantly reduce muscle fatigue and also improve daily energy levels safely. CoQ10 is a naturally occurring compound that plays a major role in cellular energy production. Found in every cell of the body, it is one of the most important compounds for maintaining the proper functioning of the heart. CoQ10 supplementation using Active Ubiquinol CoQ10 with Resveratrol helps replenish healthy levels of this critical nutrient.

This is without a doubt among the more fascinating
sites I've seen. It is so easy to get jaded, but there is still some decent stuff on the net, and I feel your place is honestly on the short list!
